The CCM Opera Blog: It Begins

It’s my pleasure to welcome you to the CCM Opera Blogsite. We are excited and looking forward to the CCM premiere of Carlisle Floyd’s opera Of Mice And Men directed by Nic Muni and conducted by Maestro Mark Gibson. The composer Carlisle Floyd will be in residence at CCM beginning May 11th through the premiere on May 13th. The production is dedicated to the late CCM Alumnus baritone Julian Patrick who created the role of George Milton for the 1970 world premiere.
